3 Step Butterfly Craft For Kids #BostikBlogger

I actually love being part of the #BostikBlogger team. It’s a way to get everyone’s imaginations going each month focusing on a theme. This month’s theme is Mini Beasts/Garden and the colours of all the craft bits in our box are so bright. We’ve come up with a very cute 3 step butterfly for a very spring inspired craft.

You Will Need:

  • 2 Pipe Cleaners
  • A Selection of Beads
  • 2 Googley Eyes
  • 1 Lollypop Stick
  • Glu Dots

Step 1: Thread your beads onto both pipe cleaners. You can spread them out later so just do it roughly.

Step 2: Roughly a quarter of the way down your lollypop stick, wrap one end of the pipe cleaner. Do this with both sides. Bend into the shape of wings and then wrap the other end back round onto the lollypop stick. Spread out the beads to your preference.

Step 3: Using a Glu Dot, carefully attached your googley eyes. You can also snip the end of the lollypop off if it’s a little long.

There you have a very cute little pipe cleaner butterfly. You could experiment with colours and shapes, glitter or even hanging a string off of him to attached to your window. It’s such a pretty and simple craft that all ages can get involved in. Why don’t you have a go by following my simple tutorial here:
