A Letter From Santa

I can’t believe I’m about to write a post about this, already, but with Halloween over it’s time to start thinking about Christmas. There I’ve said it, I’ve said the C word. I am so excited about Christmas this year but I haven’t actually started even thinking about it yet. The shopping, the decorating and the food.

We were contacted by Santa’s Post Office to review their Letter from Santa service. I have always wanted to do something like this for the girls but am never organised enough to get it actually arranged for them so I am very thankful to have been given the kick up the backside that I really needed.

The website is really easy to navigate with easy steps to completing the process. First of all you pick the design you wish for the letter to be printed on, there are four to choose from. You then have to fill in some very simple details about the child you are sending the letter to. Things like age, name, town and friends name. There’s then options for different phrases that you can pick from. Then you choose when you want it delivered by and of course the payment process. I quite like the fact you can pay by PayPal.

So it may be quite early for them to receive letters from Santa but that didn’t bother the girls. All three arrived at once and they were so excited to see them on our doormat, addressed individually and in brightly coloured, winter themed envelopes. The letters are huge and really thought out, I had such great fun reading them to all three girls. Obviously P3 was not interested at all but P2 and P1 really really enjoyed the fun things that Santa said and loved that he knew things about them like what they have asked for this year.

The letters cost £4.99 each and there are several delivery options to choose from. A wonderful Christmas treat to get us looking forward to the big day!
