“It wasn’t a little tantrum. She cried so much she made herself sick. Twice”

As expected hubby and I have colds. P1 is sniffly although remarkably behaved today. P2 is still suffering too!
20131120-085539 pm.jpgToday I was reminded of why I hate bathing P2. Ever since she was born she’s hated baths. I don’t know what it is that causes the terror. It’s weird. She loved swimming.

P2 has her first photoshoot with a talent/model agency so I was pretty much forced into giving her a bath. We usually just top and tail her to cause less stress for everybody. But this photoshoot is the one where they decide whether they want to represent P2 so it’s special!

I wish I hadn’t. P2 screamed as soon as the water touched her toes. We only have a shower so I’d filled a plastic drawer up with water and bubbles. P1 really wanted to help bath her sister and was quite upset when I had to say no. My hubby was nearly to the point of crying himself, he hates it when the girls cry so this was painful to watch.

It wasn’t a little tantrum. She cried so much she made herself sick. Twice. It was awful!! But, she’s cleaned and fluffy haired ready for tomorrow’s photoshoot. I’m not sure what to expect but I’m really hoping P2 behaves. She can be white temperamental when it comes to strangers/new faces; some she’s comfortable with and others she’s just not and cries.

Any bath time tips would be appreciated?! And I’d love to hear some stories from anyone who’s experienced baby/child modelling agencies?!
