Lockdown Diaries Week 2 (23rd-29th March 2020)

It’s so much fun looking back on the photos from the early weeks of lockdown. It already seems like such a long time ago yet like it only happened yesterday.

The second week of lockdown for us was all about trying to get into a routine of virtual home learning and surviving being stuck in our home.

Here are the photos I took from our second week of lockdown!

Billy the cat wanted to join us for some home learning.
We got our green fingers out and made some seed bombs.
Elsa loved getting muddy doing the seed bombs.
The girls had a sleepover together!
Elsa loved watching Christian worship videos on YouTube.
Freya spent some time helping Eva to read her first chapter book.
Elsa has been taking great care of her mini apple tree.
Hubby ordered some shingle for the garden.
Hubby finished the side bit of our garden with shingle. It looks so much better now!
Elsa took inspiration from Van Gogh’s Sunflower painting and created her own.
We loved working with Shaken Udder. Their milkshakes are yum!

Hubby did his first and last supermarket shop ahead of the full lockdown!
Freya was very proud of her portrait of Harry Potter’s Luna Lovegood.
Eva had to paint an African inspired painting. She chose to do a bright coloured giraffe.
Elsa really enjoyed her Design Technology project and created a dinosaur!
Eva’s science home learning was about habitats.
