My Sunday Photo 2016 – #14/52

Please accept my apologies for the late posting and the different styled featured post for this weeks My Sunday Photo. I am staying at my Grandad’s for a few nights with the girls and I haven’t been able to get my internet working on the laptop which is highly frustrating.

It’s the first time I’ve slept over his house since before I had children, in fact the last time I was here my Nan was alive. I’ve felt very anxious about staying, excited yet terrified. It didn’t dawn on me until yesterday as to why I felt sick with nerves. It’s that I would miss being away from Hubby and also I think I was scared of the way it would feel sleeping in a house full of so many memories that was actually so different.

We’ve had a pretty hectic first afternoon. The girls have been so excited that it’s turned into naughty vibes and I think Grandad is probably regretting his decision to allow us over for a two night sleepover. We are off to the farm tomorrow but today’s photo has to be of this one with my Grandad, P1 and P2 eating ice creams. It’s been a really lovely day!
