My Sunday Photo 2018 – A Snowy Week

I’m meant to share one, or two photos for My Sunday Photo each week but I just couldn’t pick from all of the lovely memories we’ve captured this week. What a week we have had across the UK! I posted about the snow day we had in Kent on Tuesday. That was the main dumping of snow that we had but since then we’ve had lots of wind, showers of snow and icy conditions.

The school was shut early on Tuesday, open Wednesday, shut Thursday and open Friday. Honestly my girls didn’t know what was going on half of the time. Thursday was a nightmare of fun in the snow mixed with demands of hunger, arguing and iPads.

I wanted to share my favourite photos that I’ve taken since I posted my original snow post as a way of remembering our pretty awesome, magical and fun week. I’ve witnessed communities coming together, children who are strangers to each other playing and lending sledges, people actually walking instead of taking their cars and just this really magical feel.

Have you enjoyed the snow? I know I have but I am looking forward to a bit of warmth now.
